We make the process simple, seamless, and stress-free so you can enjoy the experience while we handle the details.

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Send us:

  • Your event type

  • Preferred setup package

  • Hotel name

  • Date & preferred setup time

  • Any inspiration photos or color preferences

📲 Inquiries can be submitted through Instagram DM, email, or our booking form.

2. Select Your Package

Choose from our:

  • Bronze Package

  • Silver Package

  • Gold Package

  • Or request a custom setup

We’ll confirm pricing, availability, and any add-ons you’d like included.

3. Pay Deposit & Invoice

To officially secure your booking:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required

  • Remaining balance is due before setup begins

Invoices are sent electronically for secure payment.

Accepted payments may include:

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay

  • Cash App

  • Credit/Debit Card

4. Add Designers Name to Hotel Reservation

For hotel room access, the client must:

  • Add the assigned Seven Events designer name to the hotel reservation

  • Ensure the designer has authorized access to enter the room for setup

This allows our team to complete the installation smoothly and on time.

5. Arrange Early Check-In (If Needed)

If your setup requires access before standard check-in time:

  • The client is responsible for requesting and coordinating early check-in directly with the hotel

  • Early check-in is subject to hotel availability and policies

⚠️ Delays in room access may affect setup timing.

6. We Complete Your Setup

Once access is granted, our team will:

  • Arrive at the scheduled time

  • Fully install your décor package

  • Prepare the space before your arrival

7. Enjoy Your Celebration

Walk into a beautifully transformed space designed specifically for your special moment.

  • Hotel/parking fees may apply depending on location

  • Certain hotels may require approval for décor installations

  • Confetti or specialty décor may result in additional hotel cleaning charges
